I’ve been hitting some really low lows and then getting re-inspired and re-motivated constantly..
one thing at a time…
making graphic organizers is therapeutic
these 3 grad school classes are killing me
I need to survive 2 and a half more weeks.
collaborating is a godsend and is making life so much easier.
friends are the only things that are keeping me sane.
I can see why people just decide to be bums…setting an alarm to go to sleep is not sustainable.
Getting rid of guilt, self-hatred and doubt is my resolution. I’m trying my hardest and that’s what matters!
Second year is slightly more contained madness now that I’ve survived the hazing of 1st year. In short, our school is moving into Columbia University’s Teachers College reading/writing workshop model and it’s a bit crazy. read more »I want a lot of things and it’s all a jumble. I want this year to be over, but I’m two weeks away from that happening. I obsess about why my kids do XYZ behavior and think about how I can actually have conversations that solve something. I’m not even sure of what that ideal…

read more »A quick post before I start to unwind from the day. Just got done with a marathon grading session that went better than expected.
